Voice item entry

When your hands are full or you are moving fast, press the Voice button and say the item name aloud. Invly fills in the name field automatically, so you can tab straight to quantity and price without ever touching the keyboard for the item itself.

Full invoice history

Every saved invoice appears in the Saved tab with its customer name, date, item count, and total. Click any entry to load it back into the editor for editing or reprinting, or delete ones you no longer need. Your history is always one tap away.

Answers to the things people ask most often before they start.

Is Invly really free?
Yes, completely and permanently. There are no plans, no trials, no premium tier, and no credit card required — not now and not in the future. Invly runs entirely in your browser with no backend server, so there is literally nothing to charge you for. The code runs on your machine.
Where are my invoices saved?
Invoices are stored in your browser's local storage — on your own device, inside your browser. No data is ever sent to any server. This also means invoices will not sync automatically between different devices or different browsers on the same device. To keep a permanent copy, print to PDF or note that clearing your browser's site data will remove them.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. Invly is fully responsive and works on any modern smartphone or tablet browser — Android or iOS. All features including adding items, saving, printing, and sharing via WhatsApp work on mobile. The voice input feature is the only exception: it is only supported in Chrome and Edge on desktop.
How do I generate a PDF?
Add your items, then click the Print / PDF button. Your browser's print dialog will open. In the destination or printer dropdown, choose "Save as PDF" instead of a physical printer. Click Save and choose where to put the file. The result is a clean, professionally formatted PDF with your invoice number, customer name, items, and total.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Since invoices live in local storage, clearing your browser's site data or cookies will permanently delete them — there is no server-side backup to restore from. If you have invoices you want to keep, always print them to PDF or export them before clearing browser data. We recommend doing this regularly for any important invoices.
Can I edit an invoice I already saved?
Yes. Go to the Saved tab, click any invoice card to load it back into the editor. All details — customer name, date, invoice number, notes, and every item — will be restored exactly as you saved them. Make your changes, then click Save Invoice again to update it in place.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes, fully. Once the page has loaded in your browser, Invly works completely offline. You can create, save, edit, and print invoices with no internet connection. If you install it as a PWA (add to home screen), it launches instantly without any network at all — ideal for use in shops or markets with unreliable connectivity.
Can I add a business logo or custom branding?
The current version of Invly uses the built-in Invly branding on printed invoices, with your customer name and invoice number prominently displayed. Custom logo upload and business address fields are planned features for a future update. For now, you can use the Notes field to add your shop name or contact number and it will appear on every printed invoice.

Open in Chrome or Edge

Visit Invly in Chrome or Edge on your phone or desktop. These are the two browsers that support the "Add to Home screen" install feature. Once the page is fully loaded, tap the 3-dot menu at the top-right of your browser to continue.
